Discovery Statement

Your body's energy system is like any hand held electronic device such as a tape recorder.  The batteries must be installed correctly.  If the polarity (the positive and negative) is reversed, you can experience physical problems, self-defeating negative thinking and lack of progress toward your goals.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) addresses that reversed polarity and allows the body's energy system to balance, realign and heal itself.  (adapted from Gary Craig's materials in the Basic  Course on EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

Memorize the steps to doing a Round of EFT and practice regularly.  Being consistent will give you the most benefit.  Before each round, evaluate the intensity of what you're feeling (pain, fear, etc.).  Re-evaluate after each round to see if the intensity has changed in any way.  Be persistent until all aspects of the problem have vanished.  Try it on everything (but please use common sense and consult a medical or any other professional if necessary.)

Using the Karate Chop point on either hand, (the fleshy part of the outside of the hand between the little finger and the wrist) tap gently with the fingers of your other hand WHILE saying the set-up phrase:

"Even though I have this ___ (physical or emotional problem), I deeply and completely accept myself."

Repeat this Set-up phrase 3 times.

Standard EFT round:  Tap gently with fingers of one or both hands on each of the points while stating or thinking of the "reminder phrase" --"this problem", "this fear".  Follow the diagram in this order:

Eyebrows, side of eyes, under eyes, under nose, between bottom lip and chin, collarbone, under arms and ending with tapping on the head.
